Welcome to use the OKEnglish × OKVideo services provided by Beijing Linyi Technology Co., Ltd.!
To use the OKEnglish × OKVideo services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Beijing Linyi Technology Co., Ltd., you should read and abide by this "Beijing Linyi Technology OKEnglish × OKVideo User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

This Service refers to the cross-platform AI-powered intelligent language learning tool ("OKEnglish × OKVideo") provided to users, including but not limited to software licenses and services supporting single or multi-user participation in vocabulary editing, vocabulary management, content search, AI tutor, and information interoperability with other software or hardware.
III. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Preparation for Using This Service
3.1.1 You need to download the OKEnglish × OKVideo client software to use this Service. Beijing Linyi Technology grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. The web version requires login via OKEnglish × OKVideo account or third-party scanning.
3.2 User Rights
3.2.1 OKEnglish × OKVideo users have the right to use this Service after successful purchase and activation.
3.3 User Information Content Standards
3.3.1 The information content referred to in this Article refers to any content created, copied, published or disseminated by users during the use of this Service.
3.3.2 Beijing Linyi Technology is committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy and standardized network environment. All users shall not use this Service to create, copy, publish or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of Beijing Linyi Technology or infringes upon the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.
IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The intellectual property rights of OKEnglish × OKVideo software and related services belong to Beijing Linyi Technology Co., Ltd. Users only obtain the right to use this Service and may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of this software.

VI. DISCLAIMER

VII. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
7.1 After you actively cancel this Service or Beijing Linyi Technology terminates this Service, Beijing Linyi Technology has the right to delete related content in your account.
7.2 Beijing Linyi Technology has the right to immediately terminate this Service if you violate relevant provisions of this Agreement.
VIII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The validity and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction where Beijing Linyi Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
IX. OTHER PROVISIONS
9.1 Beijing Linyi Technology has the right to modify this Agreement when necessary. The modified Agreement will be published on relevant pages of this website and will take effect from the date of publication.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with effective laws, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
